Villas designed by Balzer and Associates, Inc. of Roanoke, offer spectacular views of the town, Lane Stadium, and Cassell Coliseum. The property has been developed by CC&B Development, Inc.
Exterior
- No exposed cinderblock, wooden or stucco foundation permitted. Brick or equivalent materials to grade shall be required.
- Brick or equivalent material color approved by the Architectural Review Committee
- House structure to have 35% brick, stone or pre-painted OSB Siding or typical fiber cement product or equivalent.
- All vinyl used shall be of high quality and solid in color. It must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee.
- Any paint used on exterior body shall be subdued with soft tones. Colors to be selected should harmonize with the natural environment and color must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee.

Landscaping

- All mailboxes shall be uniform as to type, color and design and will be provided by Builder or the United States Postal Service. All street address numbers and mailboxes are to be installed prior to completion and occupancy of each residence. The cost of the mailboxes will be charged to the purchaser upon closing of each lot or house sold.
